Appearance- This 13-year-old girl stands at 4' 10" but she runs like she's a gold medalist at the Olympics. Her jet black hair goes all the way down to her shoulders but she always wears her hat. With dark brown eyes that always seems friendly, everyone always underestimates her when she's confronting an enemy. She's very tan and she always wears her Poketch she got in Jubilife City. She is always seen wearing only red, black, and white, as those are her favorite colors. The only time when she is not seen in those colors is when she is in her Pokemon Ranger uniform. She only wears tennis shoes, as she is a tomboy. She's also very strong and muscular for her age, but just like before, everyone but her best friend, Sven, underestimates her.
Personality- She is very kind and caring, always there to help out her friends. She always wants everyone around her to be happy. She can be a bit quiet sometimes and somewhat shy around people she doesn't know. But when she's challenged to a relay race, she never takes it easy on her opponent(s). She's fiery, fierce, and always wants to win. But just like the kindhearted person she is, she never cheats even though her opponents do. She never wants to take the easy way out ("Life just isn't as fun if everything is easy," is what she would say). She is a game addict, even though she doesn't seem like it. She is also very athletic and has always wanted to meet Weston, her most favorite athlete. Unlike most girls her age, she doesn't care about boyfriends and crushes that much, as she treats every boy as a friend. If there is one thing she hates, it has to be tomatoes. Never give her tomatoes.
History- Sam was born in Chicole Village in the Almia region and went to the Ranger School to train to be a Pokemon Ranger. It had been her dream since she was little. When she went on her One Day Internship at the end of the year, she heard someone talking about something called Pokemon Trainers and using Pokeballs to catch Pokemon, and this intrigued her. So the next day (which was the last day of school), she asked her teacher, Ms. April, if the Ranger School could train students to become a Pokemon Trainer as well. After a talk with the school staff, she agreed for the school to open for Pokemon Trainers so Sam went to the school one more year to become a trainer. When she graduated a second time, Sam and her family moved to Jubilife City in the Sinnoh region to continue her training as a trainer at the Pokemon Trainer School, as well as for her dad's job at Jubilife TV as a News Reporter. After another year there, her father got a job to work at Professor Rosehorn's Pokemon Laboratory in Kaishi Town and has lived there ever since. Sam hasn't started her journey yet because of her father's over-protectiveness, but she knows that she will go on her own journey someday. While she waits for her father's permission to go on a journey, she works as a Pokemon Ranger in the Midori region. Just to keep her safe, she goes on every mission with her best friend, Sven (who is from the Almia region as well).
