Appearance- Grant is approxomately 5 foot 11 inches, and 150 pounds. He is seen wearing his black jacket almost at all times. Due to the fact that he is a drifter, he is often covered in dirt. He has a long scar directly above his left eye. Grant has long red hair that go down to his shoulders, and piercing brown eyes that can make anyone look away in an instant. Rumors are started of how he got his scars. Some say his father gave it to him. Others say he got into a fight with his brother, but no one knows for sure. And the only thing that will set him off is asking him about it.
Personality- Grant is the definition of mysterious. When you talk to him, he'll look the other way. He has no friends, besides his loyal Charizard. When he talks, everyone around listens, because they know that he is saying something important. Grant though, if he wanted to, could be a great leader, due to his stubborness, and will power. The only thing that can set Grant off is when someone mentions his scar. No one knows why this is, but all is known is that it is a traumatic part of his life. Grant is rarely seen with other humans, if ever. Due to his stuborness, and lack of care for other humans, when asked a question, Grant will only answer it if it appeals to him.
History- Not much is known about this young Pokemon Trainer. He is extremely strong, and rarely talks. But when he does, everyone listens. He always seems to be doing his own thing. Younger brother of world known Pokemon master Red. At the mere age of 8, he was sick of everyone praising his brother, and sick of just being a shadow to his "great" brother and ran away from home, with nothing but his Charmander. They took care of each other. Slowly gaining respect to many Pokemon trainers. Grant defeated all 8 gyms of Kanto at the age of 14, and took on the elite four, with nothing but his Charizard. He went through the Elite four with ease, but lost to his brother Red. Not one word was said in that battle.
Ashamed, Grant fled Kanto and came to Midori. Once he arrived in Midori, Grant had no idea what to do with his life. He felt alone. Sad. And fell into depression. With only his Charizard to support him. For 5 months, Grant lived in an alley.. One day, at age 16 he was approached by a stranger. The stranger approached Grant, and was staring at him. The stranger then said "Are you the famous Red who saved the world a while back?" In anger, Grant stood up, glared the stranger down, and walked away. This encounter with this stranger made Grant want to be the best. He knew his goal. To travel to Mt. Silver, and defeat his brother... And nothing would stop him.
